As much as we understand plans can change at late notice, we have a cancellation policy whereby cancellations within 72-48 hours of a class/photoshoot/event carries a 50% fee payable by Paypal invoice. For cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours before the event, a 100% fee applies.
We often have back to back photoshoots, so for late arrivals, the time will be taken off the photoshoot time (i.e. 20 minutes late for a 30-40 minute shoot, means only a maximum of 20 minutes for the shoot).
Where the weather is inclement with rain, rough seas or tropical grade storms forecast, we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment for another date, however, events will go ahead as scheduled if it is just windy, overcast or light showers forecast.
